How to adjust the markup percentage for each carrier
In Operator, you have the flexibility to adjust pricing by setting specific markups for each carrier. This capability allows you to manage your profit margins by increasing or decreasing the base cost of shipping according to your business strategy and market conditions.
1.) Select the Settings tab at the top of the screen, highlighted in RED.
2.) Select Advanced Settings to the left of the screen, highlighted in GREEN.
3.) Select the Carrier in which you are changing the Markup Percentage for, highlighted in BLUE.
How do I enable or disable shipment methods for a carrier?
Click on the Icon for a specific carrier to view all of the available shipment options.
Uncheck a shipment method to remove the option for customers.
Note: The customer will not be able to see an unchecked shipment method when they go to process a shipment.
