How do I process a rescan request?

Web Page
1.) Selecting the rescan tab and the mail item
1.) Select the Mail tab at the top of the screen, highlighted in RED.
2.Click the Requests button, highlighted in GREEN.
3.) Click the Rescan button, highlighted in BLUE.
4.) All of the mail that has a rescan request will appear where the box highlighted in YELLOW. Select the mail item that is going to be rescanned.
2.) Rescanning and uploading the mail items
1.) In the box highlighted in RED, you will find the mail item information and the Reason for the request to rescan.
2.) In the box highlighted in GREEN, is the area to upload the rescanned item. This can be dragged and dropped or uploaded from the device.
3.) When the rescanned mail item has been uploaded in to the box. Click the Upload Rescan button, highlighted in BLUE to complete the process.
iOS Application
1.) Select the Navigation Menu,
highlighted in RED
2.) Select the requests button, highlighted in RED
3.) Selecting the mail Item to rescan

2.) Select the Mail item that needs to be Rescanned, highlighted in YELLOW.
4.) Rescanning and uploading the mail items

2.) Tap on the blue + highlighted in GREEN to upload the new rescanned mail item or mail item contents.
3.) When the rescanned mail item has been uploaded in to the box. Click the Upload Rescan button, highlighted in YELLOW to complete the process.
