Do we charge for requests?

There are already fees for Open & Scan requests. The current fee for open and scan requests is $2.00 per envelope for up to 10 pages, then $0.25 per additional page. However, depending on the subscription plan the customer is on, they are allowed a certain number of free open & scan requests, but only up to 10 pages. 

As per our Plans & Pricing page, the Starter plan does not offer any free open and scan requests, our Standard plan does offer 10 free Open & Scan requests per billing cycle, and finally, our Premium plan offers 20 free open & scan requests per billing cycle. However, these free open and scan requests only cover up to 10 scanned pages, with any additional scanned pages costing $0.25 per page
