What are the different types of customer requests?



Open & Scan

Open & Scan is a customer request in which the mail is opened and scanned. This lets the customer know the contents of the mail item.

Recycle

No Charge

A Recycle request is when the customer wishes to discard their mail item. This is typically done when the mail item does not contain sensitive information.

Shred

$1 per item for the first 10 pages, then $0.15 cents per additional page.

A Shred request is when the customer wishes to discard their mail but also dispose of its packaging and contents. This is typically requested when the mail item contains personal or sensitive information.

Shipment

A Shipment request is when a customer requests the delivery of their scanned mail items to a specified address. The customer provides the complete destination address and selects the preferred shipping method to ensure proper delivery.

Rescan

A Rescan request is sent when the mail item scanned and upload Image may be too blurry, not correctly orientated or not cropped correctly.

Pickup

A Pickup request is when the customer either sets an appointment or is claiming that they have already received certain mail items.

Consolidation

A Consolidation request is you want to consolidate multiple mail items into one mail item.

The Approve Forms request is when a customer has completed their 1583 Form and it needs to be reviewed for approval or denial.
