How do I view past shipments and reprint a label?

Web Page
1) - Locating the Past Shipment tab.

Step 1) Select the Mail tab at the top of the screen, highlighted in RED.
Step 2) Select the Mail Management menu to the left of the screen, highlighted in GREEN.
Step 3) Select the Past Shipment tab located towards the top of the screen, highlighted in YELLOW.
2) Finding the Past Shipment.

Step 1) In the Search field highlighted in RED. Enter either the customers Name, PMB# or the Tracking Number of the mail you are looking for.
Note: If the mail item you are looking for does not display just from the Name, you may need to change the date.
Step 2) Select the date in which the shipment was processed, this is highlighted in YELLOW.
Step 3) Select the Eyeball Icon, highlighted in GREEN. This will allow you to view the shipment details.
3) Printing a new shipping label.
Here all the details of the past shipment can be viewed.
Step 1) The Print button, highlighted in RED can be used to print a new packing label.
Step 2) The Download button highlighted in GREEN can be used to download the packing label.

iOS Application
1) Select the Navigation menu, highlighted in RED.
2) Select the Mail Management tab highlighted in RED.
3) Finding the past shipment and printing the label.
1.) Select the Past Shipment tab, highlighted in RED.
2.) In the search field, highlighted in BLUE. Enter the Mailbox (PMB#), Name, or Tracking number for the mail item.
3.) The list of items highlighted in YELLOW will bring up an image of the scanned and uploaded mail item.
4.) The first icon on the left will allow printing of the shipping label. The icon on the right will enable downloading of the shipping label. These are highlighted in GREEN.
Android Application
