How do I log in remotely to a customer’s account? (Web Page Only)
Note: Remote logging into a customers account can NOT be done through iOS or the Android app. It can only be done through the Web Browser.
Note: There are two different methods to remote log in to a customers account.
The first method involves selecting the Remote Login button at the customer screen.
The second method involves selecting the Remote Login button at the customers profile screen.
Method One
1.) Remote Login Through Customer Screen
1.) Select the Customers tab at the top of the screen, highlighted in RED.
2.) To the right of the account, select the Remote Login button on the customers account you are looking to login to. This is highlighted in GREEN.
Method Two
1.) Remote Login through the customers profile.
1.) Select the Customers tab, at the top of the screen highlighted in RED.
2.) Select Customers Account, highlighted in GREEN, For the account that you are trying to remote login to.
